About Us

Meet Your HOA Management Team

Your HOA Management Team is a family-owned and operated company dedicated to providing exceptional service to Homeowner Associations and their communities. Owners Debbie, Josh, and Michele Lombardino work closely with both Clients and Team Members to ensure every community receives the personalized attention, responsiveness, and expertise it deserves. When you partner with us, you work directly with experienced professionals who are personally invested in your community's success.

Debbie Lombardino, President

Debbie serves as President of Your HOA Management Team and brings extensive leadership, governance, and community relations experience to the company. She has served on several local charitable boards, including United Way, holding positions as President, Secretary, and Treasurer throughout her years of service. Debbie also worked as a community liaison for a chemical manufacturing company in Pike County, Missouri.

In 2017, Debbie was appointed as the Declarant representative to her community's HOA Board of Directors, where she served as Secretary and Pool Committee Chair. Following the transition to Homeowner Control, she was elected to the Board by the Homeowners and served as President during her term. Her firsthand experience provides a comprehensive understanding of the challenges, responsibilities, and perspectives involved in community governance. Having served as a Declarant representative, an elected Board Member, and a Homeowner within an HOA community, Debbie offers a unique and balanced perspective that enables her to effectively understand and address the needs of Homeowners, Developers, and Association Leadership alike.

Josh Lombardino, Vice President & Community Director

As Vice President and Community Manager, Josh brings more than a decade of experience in sales, customer service, and retail management, along with several years of HOA management expertise. His ability to communicate effectively with Homeowners, Board Members, and Vendors - whether addressing routine matters or resolving complex concerns - makes him an invaluable resource to the communities we serve.

Josh's attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer service help ensure that each community receives proactive and responsive management.

Michele Lombardino, Chief Financial Officer

Michele serves as Chief Financial Officer and Community Manager and oversees the company's technology systems and financial operations. Before joining the company, she spent more than ten years in the early childhood development field and served as Director of two childcare facilities.

Her experience in financial management, software systems, operations, regulatory compliance, and vendor relations provides a strong foundation for the company's administrative and financial services. Michele's organizational expertise helps ensure that communities receive accurate financial reporting and dependable operational support.

A Team-Based Approach

While each community is assigned a dedicated Community Manager, our team-based structure ensures seamless support at all times. If a Manager is unavailable, another qualified Team Member is ready to step in and assist. This collaborative approach prevents issues from being overlooked and ensures that Homeowners and Boards receive timely responses and consistent service.

To maintain the highest level of attention and service, we intentionally limit each Community Manager's portfolio to a maximum of seven (7) communities, depending on size and scope of services. This allows us to remain accessible, proactive, and focused on the unique needs of every Association we manage.

Our Commitment

At Your HOA Management Team, our foundation is built on integrity, transparency, professionalism, customer service, and ethical business practices.

Our goal is simple: to provide the highest level of HOA management possible.

We handle the day-to-day operations of the Association efficiently and professionally, keeping Boards of Directors informed while minimizing unnecessary demands on their time. We understand that Board Members are volunteers, and our role is to support them by managing routine matters, providing expert guidance, and allowing them to focus on the decisions that matter most to their community.
